Nathan has been in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years, and completed his Sports & Remedial Massage Therapy Training (Level 3) in 2015.
Nathan uses a variety of techniques and treatments that will help treat areas of trauma, soreness and stiffness.
Nathan will work with you to help reduce pain and increase range of movement.

Fill out your health questionnaire, this will help prepare your practitioner prescribe the best treatment for you on the day. We will have enough time to treat one- two areas.
Example : Thighs and top of back or top and mid back.
Drink lots of fluids and eat lightly a couple of hours before, this will help flush out toxins during your treatment. It is important to drink lots of water after your treatment
We will offer your a complementary electrolyte drink to help with this on departure.
Arrive early and take a warm/hot shower before your appointment starts. This will ensure your skin is cleansed and your muscles are warm and ready for your treatment.
Towels and shower gels are provided.
A complementary hot drink of your choice will be offered to your before your appointment, this will help to relax you and get you into a better state of mind for your treatment.
Dress in loose, comfortable fitted clothing. This will help to relax your mind and body but also make you feel comfortable after your appointment and stop the oil sticking to your clothing.
Don't be afraid to communicate to your therapist on how you are feeling during your treatment, if the pressure is to light or to heavy this is important information to share, this will help your therapist locate and reach deep rooted muscles.
